Zelma B. Ireton's Obituary
Zelma B. Ireton, 95, passed away peacefully March 10, 2018 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Zelma was born January 25, 1923 in Bokoshe, Oklahoma. She moved to California when she was 6 weeks old.
In 1940 she married Harold Ireton in Las Vegas, NV. She and her lifetime sweetheart, Harold, who passed away in 2010, were married for 70 years.
Zelma spent 21 years in the Physical Education Department in the Garden Grove School District.
Zelma and Harold came to the Blythe area in 1978.
She loved spending time with Harold in the outdoors hunting and fishing.
She was a devoted mother putting her family before all else.
She is survived by her children Thomas Ireton, Phyllis Jelinek and Jeanne Gersztyn.
Zelma was laid to rest next to her sweetheart on March 13, 2018 at Palo Verde Cemetery in Blythe, CA.
