It is with great sadness that our beloved Yolanda Ramirez Canchola has passed away,
Yolanda was born October 7, 1950 to George and Christina (Rodriguez) Canchola.
On February 16, 2021, the Lord took her hand and guided her home after a long battle with COVID-19.
Yolanda was the best mother, sister, daughter, nana, wife, and friend anyone could ever ask for, she always had a smile and would open her door to anyone, she helped anyone who needed it, she loved her children and her grandkids more than life, and she was always ready to dance! She loved to party. She could out dance most of us. She loved spending time with family, friends, and her grandchildren attending church, and cooking for everyone who wanted to eat, she was the best cook, no one could ever cook like her.
Yolanda is survived by her husband Jose Armando Ramirez, her three sons; José Armando II and Jamie Ramirez Green and Gregorio Ramirez, Zahid and Jacky Ramirez; her siblings, Raul Canchola, Jose Canchola, Rene Canchola, Hector Canchola, Sandra Canchola, Daniel Canchola, Tony Canchola, and Cristina Maria Canchola, and her beloved grandchildren, Gregorio Ramirez Jr, Ashley Ramirez, Markus Ramirez, Yahtziri Ramirez, José Armando Ramirez III, Vincent Ramirez, Mailie Ramirez, Zahdy Ramirez, Dominic Ramirez, Prince Ramirez, and many more nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family with many many friends, Yolanda was preceded in death by her father and mother Christina and George Canchola, her brother Chipi Canchola and grandson Gregory James Ramirez.
Services for Yolanda will be held on Monday, Feb 22nd at Frye Chapel with Visitation from 5-8:00 p.m., Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, Feb 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and burial services will follow at Palo Verde Cemetery.
