William Paul Starkman, a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, passed away peacefully in Prescott, Arizona on June 19, 2025 at the age of 92.

The son of Raymond Paul Starkman and Virginia Louise Mackey, William was born November 4, 1932 in Los Angeles, California, where he grew up.  He was drafted in 1953 into the United States Army during the Korean War.  He was also a Trustee and Exalted Ruler of the Elks BPOE in 1976-77.

William is survived by his wife, Wanda Jerene Starkman and his daughter, Victoria Schwindt (Brad); his grandchildren, Aaron Starkman, Holly Starkman, Allison Best (Tyler) and Ryan Schwindt; and his great grandchildren, Summer Starkman, Cameron Starkman, Conner Starkman and Liam Best.

He was preceded in death by his sons, William Chuck Starkman and Steven Paul Starkman.

Services will be held on Friday, July 11th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Frye Chapel in Blythe, CA.  Interment will follow with Military Honors at Palo Verde Cemetery.
