Virginia Sandoval, age 90, passed away on March 31, 2026, in Blythe, CA. She was born on May 28, 1935 in Independence Kansas to Myrl and Lillian Davis.

She is survived by her children Thomas Ecret (Carol), Joyce Hurst (Alan), Nathan Ecret, Eugene Ecret (Truly), and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, a niece and nephews.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband David Sandoval, her son Neal Ecret Jr., and daughter Diane Hett. Also, her parents Myrl and Lillian Davis and brothers Floyd, Victor and Gerald.

Virginia was a member of the Spirit of Life Church. She moved to Blythe in 1972 and was a typesetter at the Palo Verde Valley Times. She also worked as a daycare provider.

In her leisure time she enjoyed window shopping, jigsaw puzzles, collecting cow figurines and the Price is Right game show.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 24th at Frye Chapel & Mortuary, at 633 N. 7th St., Blythe, CA 92225, at 10:00 a.m. Internment at Palo Verde Cemetery.
