Valentina Amillano, 70, passed away June 4, 2017. She was born on March 4, 1947 in Yuma, Arizona to Roman and Florence Martinez.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roman Martinez and Florence Martinez; six brothers: Roman Martinez, Frank Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Robert Martinez, Rene Martinez and Oscar Martinez; one sister: Julia Martinez; and stepfather Felix Martinez.

Valentina is survived by her husband, Abelardo Amillano; her children Gina (German) Manriquez, Michelle (Emiliano) Becerril and Abby Amillano; her grandchildren Aaron and Alexis Emily Becerril, Christopher, Joshua and Michael Manriquez and Kaycey Palacios; her brothers Felix Martinez, Richard Martinez, Eduviges Cota and Roman Martinez Jr.; her sister Rosalia Camacho; her stepmothers Sandra Martinez and Rosa Martinez; as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Mass will be held Saturday, June 17th at 12:00 pm at St Joan of Arc Catholic. Following Mass there will be a Celebration of Life at Frye Chapel & Mortuary. A Reception will be held at the VFW after the Celebration of Life Services.
