Trinidad Guzman Madariaga, born on May 27th, 1945, in Guanajuato, Mexico, passed away peacefully on October 17th, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Trinidad will be remembered for her fiery spirit, unshakable work ethic, and deep love for her family.

Her journey brought her to the agricultural fields of California, where she met the love of her life, Juan Madariaga. Together, they built a beautiful life and home in Blythe, California, beginning in 1960. Their bond laid the foundation for a family rooted in strength, loyalty, and resilience.

Feisty and stubborn in all the best ways, Trinidad was a force to be reckoned with. She instilled in her children and grandchildren the importance of hard work, independence, and standing tall—even while being the cherished partner of a loving and devoted husband.

In her later years, Trinidad cherished the simple joys of life. She regularly gathered with her closest friends of over 60 years—fondly known as "The Golden Girls"—to drink coffee, laugh, and share stories. She also loved the occasional getaway to the casino, where she could indulge her playful and adventurous spirit.

Trinidad was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Juan Madariaga; her mother, Maximina Guzman; her children Aira Madariaga, Rosana Madariaga, Juan Madariaga; stepson Christopher Jordan and granddaughter Dominique Hughes.

She is survived by her daughter Lorena Madariaga; daughter in-law Virginia Jordan; granddaughter Adriana and her husband Shahin Tabibzadeh and their children Siena and Jordan; granddaughter Ashly and Husband Alex Gonzalez and their children Anastasia and Asher; granddaughter Amariz and her husband Sevan Aghazarian, and their children Liam and Londyn; granddaughter Jasmine Hughes and her life partner Brandon Menefield and their daughters Esperanza and Angeles; grandchildren Alexya Serriteño and Giovanni Raymundo.

Trinidad's unwavering faith was the heart and soul of her existence. As a devout Catholic, she lived her life with a profound sense of reverence for God and His teachings. Her deep spirituality was a guiding force, and she was always eager to share her faith with others, reminding her family of the importance of prayer, devotion, and trust in God's plan. Throughout her life, Trinidad found strength in her Catholic beliefs, and her commitment to the Church was unwavering.

Visitation for Trinidad will be held at Frye Chapel on Wednesday, November 5th, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Thursday, November 6th at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Palo Verde Cemetery.
