Tony
Seeley
Oct 17, 1936 — Sep 9, 2023
Menifee
Raymond Tony Seeley Jr., age 86, passed away on September 9, 2023 in Menifee, CA. He was born to Ray and Emma Jean Seeley on October 17, 1936 in Blythe, California.
Tony grew up working on the farm surrounded by race horses and alfalfa fields. He was a jockey from the age of ten years old and rode many of his father's horses throughout different tracks in Arizona, Nevada and California. He would later train race horses with his mother and father, and later would partner with his mentor and lifelong friend, Ruben Jimenez, and the two would form Seeley and Jimenez Farms. Their business had a great run throughout the 70's and 80's.
He met his first wife, Patricia Emerizy, in the late 60's and they would later have a son, Matthew. Several years later Tony would then marry Blanche Stewart and they would have their daughter, Summer Raye. In the late 80's, Tony met his third wife, Cyndie Williams. It was through this marriage that Tony would become the step parent to Cyndie's children Seth, Brent and Stephanie Williams. Tony and Cyndie would later relocate to the Murrieta area where he would remain until his passing.
Tony was very social and loved to travel. Most of all, he loved to talk and tell stories. He had many friends and family that he remained close to throughout the years and loved to go on road trips with his beloved dogs to visit. He will certainly be remembered for having a magnetic and charming personality.
Tony was preceded in death by his mother and father, his daughter Summer Raye, his wife Cyndie, step son Seth, and many other family members and friends. He is survived by his son Matthew, step children Brent and Stephanie, and many grandchildren.
