Serafin was a special man in our lives. He was a hardworking man who loved his family, was not perfect, but then again who is. In pursuit of a better life, Serafin moved to Blythe in the 1950s where he met his beautiful wife, Florencia Garcia Vazquez, and made a home for their growing family.
