Selma Lavone Schriner, 88 resided in Blythe, CA for over 70 years. Selma passed away peacefully with family and friends by her side on July 22, 2026.

Selma was born on October 17, 1937 to Theodore Wallace Flud and May Moore. Selma graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1954 and continued on to Brigham Young University.

Selma was married to Buckey Schriner for 50 years. She left behind two sons Greg and Mark (Space) Schriner both of Blythe Ca. Selma was a hard worker. She worked for Safeway for approximately 20 years and most recently Ace Hardware for approximately another 20 years.

Selma enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved Nascar, going to the fair, (buying the most expensive pig, Lol) watching football, and baseball, ceramics, paint night, Christmas with family, family nights and our weekly dinners, camping and watching Space race.

Selma is survived by her two sons Greg Schriner, and Mark (Space) Schriner (Angela). Her grandchildren Anthony Schriner (Rebecca), Jocelyn Schriner, Dylan Schriner (Brittney) and numerous great grandchildren, neices, and nephews.
Selma will be dearly missed by all.
