Ruben Israel Gonzalez, 30, passed away April 19, 2021 in Mesa Verde, California.

Ruben was born in Blythe, California to Ruben Gonzalez and Rosario Guzman. He loved making music, playing Call of Duty, playing basketball with family and friends and watching sports.  His favorite teams were the Dodgers, Lakers, and Cowboys.  He also loved learning about God and posting on social media. He had a great heart and would try to help everyone he could just to see a smile on their face.

He is survived by his mother Rosario Guzman and his father Ruben Gonzalez; his three children Elijah, Donavon, and Kelly; his brothers Gustavo, Felipe, Robert (Lupita); his sisters Rosario (Francisco), Emilia (Williams), Guadalupe and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will be held Thursday May 20th from 5-8pm at Frye Chapel. Funeral service will be on Friday May 21st at 10am at Frye Chapel with burial following at Palo Verde Cemetery.
