Ruben C. Alvarado Sr.

Father, brother, lover, son, and friend. Went to be with the Lord on June 1.

Ruben was born February 10, 1965 in Blythe California. Most knew Ruben as a fun, charismatic and most genuine human being. His children knew him as loving, gentle, patient and kind. He was slow to anger and quick to listen. Always laughing, he was best friends with his first born and only son  Jr. and an absolute sweetheart to all 6 of his daughters and 9 grandchildren. He truly was the best role model for how to be a good and loving person.

Ruben committed himself to the Lord as a follower of Jesus Christ and accepted the gift of salvation for his soul before his untimely passing.

His last moments were spent surrounded by his loving family. His mother, brothers, sister, children, and his other half Betty. Plus the many others who came to share their support, love, and prayers.

He will be missed, loved, and remembered always until we meet him again.

He was survived by his mother Irene, brothers: Jaime and Johnny, sister Lilly , son Ruben Jr, daughters: Michelle, Cheyanne, Justine, Leighana, Trina, and Cassandra, grandchildren: Aubreanna, Jordan, Nathan, Willow, Zephyr, Noah, Naomi, Benji, and Zoey, and his other half Betty. He was proceeded in death by his father Celestino Alvarado.

A church service will be held in his honor on July 11th at 11:00 am, at Higher Vison Church: 247 N Solano Ave, Blythe Ca.

A celebration of life will be held at 5pm-8pm, at the VFW: 148 N 1st St, Blythe Ca.

All who called him family and all who called him friend are welcome to attend.
