Robert (Bobby, Bob) James White, age 77, passed away suddenly Sunday morning at home, August 30, 2020 due to a long battle with multiple health issues.

He was born August 9, 1943 in Bakersfield, California. Bob was one of eleven children. They were a very close family in Lamont, California. The family enjoyed fishing, camping and Sunday Church together. Bob's Grandfather was a Pentecostal church pastor in the Lamont area.

In 1969 he took a job in the Blythe area meeting the love of his life Susan Marie Smith. They married in 1970 making the Blythe area their home. They had two beautiful children. Bob worked many years at Mallett & Sons Trucking Co while Susan maintained their home. Bob enjoyed going fishing, taking care of the farm animals, watching movies, and church on Sundays with his family.

Bob was preceded in death (only one day prior) by his wife of 50 years Susan Marie White, six of his siblings: Louise Lemons, Margaret Keller, William (Sunny) White, Wanda Redfern, Kathleen Puccio, Adrainnie Foglesong.

He is survived by his two children Brian James White and Regina Sue White, his daughter-in-law Angie White and granddaughter Ashley White, four siblings: Rita Collins, Janice Parks, Teddy White and Acel (Ray) White.

Services will be held at Frye Chapel on Friday, September 11th at 10:00 a.m. followed by Graveside service at Palo Verde Cemetery.
