Richard Dean Babb was born May 20, 1954 in Oxnard, CA. He graduated high school at West High in Bakersfield, CA. He later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business online.

He served in the US Navy Sea Bees from 1970 - 1986.

Rick passed away March 30, 2020 in Blythe, CA.

He was a Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather.

Rick left behind his beloved wife Linn Darra Babb, his 6 children - Michael & Samantha, Jacky, Aaron, Jared & Amber; 2 siblings - Alan and Tracy and his five granddaughters and one grandson.
