Obituary

Paulina Castro Hernandez was born to Feliciano and Esperanza Castro in San Luis Mexico on June 24, 1944. Her parents were blessed with a large family of 12 children. She departed to be with the Lord on Thursday February 24th of 2022.

Paulina met and married Salvador Hernandez in San Luis Mexico in 1961. They later moved to Blythe in 1968 and were blessed with seven children. She enjoyed staying home to care for her children and welcoming other family members children also. She always welcomed anyone who needed a place to stay and enjoyed cooking meals for family and friends. In her senior years she enjoyed spending time with her 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren

She was a lifelong member of the Church of the Living God, where she accepted our Lord Jesus Christ in 1978. She loved singing hymns and always was willing to lend a helping hand. She made it a point to ask the other sisters of the church how their children were doing. She will be missed very much by her family and her church members.
