Olivia Godinez Lopez, 47, passed away on July 5, 2020, in Blythe, CA.

A combined service (with her father) is scheduled for Thursday, July 30th at 10:00 a.m. at Frye Chapel.  They will both be laid to rest following the services at Palo Verde Cemetery.

She was born and raised in Blythe, CA to Agapito and Isabel Godinez on May 30, 1973.

Olivia attended the local schools. After graduation she attended Brooks College, planning a career within the field of design.

She returned to Blythe and began a family.

Her interest in art was like a vein that ran through her. She made sure her family, friends and co-workers had homemade birthday and special occasion cards. She loved to sew, draw and craft. She was involved with local boy/girl scouts and Team Julie Sandoval for Blythe Cancer Resource Center. She enjoyed spending weekends with her family and friends. She would spontaneously pack her parents and children in the vehicle and head to the ocean.

Olivia is survived by her children David Godinez, Elodia, Luis and Jorge aka "Alex" Lopez, her mother Isabel Godinez,  and her husband who resides in Mexico.
