Milton Mejia, 23, of Blythe, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California.
Milton was born in Blythe to Temo Mejia and Priscilla Dirtseller on July 23, 1995. He attended the local schools and Twin Palms High School; he was very well liked and a good kid loved by many. Milton loved video games, 'Halo' being his favorite. He loved his brothers and sisters dearly, he was very respectful to everyone and had a beautiful heart of gold. Milton was a remarkable person and loved to be around his family and friends. We are all going to miss him dearly.
He is survived by his parents, Temo Mejia and Priscilla Dirtseller; stepmom Vivian Diaz; grandparents Benjamin and Francisca Mejia and Janet Dirtseller; sisters Brittany, Sonia, Bianca and Cecilia Mejia; brothers Santiago, Franky, Lil Temo (Irene), Christian (Analisia) and Miguel Mejia; stepsiblings Alexis, Daysha, Leon, Chris and Ezabel Dirtseller; as well as many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
Milton was preceded in death by his uncles Frankie Pettit and Milton Mejia, brother Devon Ballard and grandfather Fred Paxton.
Services will all be held at Frye Chapel & Mortuary on Friday, August 31, 2018. Visitation will begin at 8:00 am, funeral service will start at 10:00 a.m. followed by graveside services at Palo Verde Cemetery. Bishop Sam Burton will officiate.
