Mauricio Leon Cardenas, 52, passed away on June 30, 2021 with his family at his bedside. He was born July 28, 1968 to Roque and Alicia (Leon) Cardenas. He grew up all over California and called Blythe home for the last 34 years.

Mauricio (Morris) had a love for life. He enjoyed being in the great outdoors and seeing nature. He had a love for fishing which he would share with anyone. He had a vivacious personality and always loved to make the people around him laugh and tell jokes.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca, his mother Alicia, his 2 sisters and 3 brothers, 7 children, 2 granddaughters, and many other family members. He was preceded in death by his Father Roque.

Morris was an amazing husband, son, father, grandfather, and friend. Morris was loved by so many and will be truly missed.

Services will be held at Frye Chapel Tuesday 7/13 viewing 5-7pm, Rosary at 7pm, and Mass on Wednesday at 10am at the St Joan of Arc Church.
