Mathew Pettit, 38, passed away on July 6, 2022 in Blythe, California.  Mathew was born in our small town of Blythe, California.

Mathew went to school here in Blythe and made a lot of friends over the years.  When Mathew was growing up his father taught him everything there was to know about fishing.  He has caught so many big fish over the years to give to his friends.  He also loved his dog.

Mathew is survived by his four uncles, Richard Gloria of Las Cruces, NM, Alfred Gloria of West Covina, CA., Henry Gloria of Blythe, CA, and Refugio Gloria Jr. of San Diego, CA. and one aunt Rosella Gloria of Blythe, CA.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022 from 5-8 pm at Frye Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 26, 2022.

Burial will take place after the funeral at Palo Verde Cemetery.
