Maria Concepcion Trejo passed away on Saturday, March 9th 2019 at the age of 90.

She was born on August 15, 1928 in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco to Jose and Gertrudis Torres.  Maria married the love of her life, Aniceto Trejo, on October 17, 1945.  Together they had three children: Margarita, Maria and Rafael.

Maria and Aniceto would visit their children every year in Blythe during the winter months before heading back to their home in Huron, CA when the valley started getting hot.  They permanently made Blythe their home eight years ago.

Maria is survived by her children, Margarita (Alfredo) Cortazar, Maria Refugio (Reyes) Galindo and Rafael (Estella) Trejo; her grandchilren, Rachel, Eddie, Socorro, Javier, Freddie, Monica, Sonia, Sergio, Rafael Jr. and Michael; 24 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Frye Chapel on Monday, March 18th from 5-8:00 p.m., with Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, March 19th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with burial services following at Palo Verde Cemetery.
