It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lorena Jauregui Hernandez on August 13, 2021.

Lorena passed away unexpectedly at her home in Ripley, Ca with the love of her life and husband of 37 years Alfredo Hernandez by her side. Lorena was born in Ciudad Morelos B.C MX on February 13, 1966 to her parents Ruben and Josefina Jauregui, being the third born out of seven children.

Lorena was united in holy matrimony to Alfredo in December of 1984. This union was blessed with two children Gloria (Jesus) Ruvalcaba and Jose Hernandez.

Throughout her life she dedicated 20 years of her life working at the Palo Verde Unified School District until her retirement on June 2021 before her sudden death. Lorena enjoyed cooking, traveling, shopping, but most of all spending time with her family, and enjoying the company of her two beautiful grandchildren Jiovanni Hernandez and Giselle Ruvalcaba.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her parents, husband, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lorena's viewing will be held on Thursday August 26, 2021 at Frye Chapel from 6-8pm with Rosary at 7pm. Mass will be held on Friday August 27, 2021 at St. John of Arc Catholic Church at 10am with burial services following at Palo Verde Cemetery.
