Josefina Cebreros, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on December 16, 2024.

Josefina, better known as "Nana Chepa", was born on February 26, 1945 in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. She moved to Blythe at a very young age and worked many years in the agriculture field. She worked hard all her life and raised five children as a single mother until she met the love of her life Guadalupe Cebreros AKA Machacas and from that love came her sixth child.

Nana Chepa's love for life was simply amazing. She loved to cook, clean, and was so big on having family time and lets not forget she loved her cold BEERS! The love she gave to all her family and anyone she met along the way was beautiful. She had a heart of gold to say the least. Her weekends were all about making a delicious breakfast and her famous homemade tortillas and refried beans.

She is survived by her loving children Pedro Aguilar, Leticia Gonzalez, Alicia Cebreros, Lupita Armendariz, 22 grandkids and 26 great-grandkids.

Nana Chepa was preceded in death by parents Jesus Cienfuegos and Maria Villafuerte, her husband Guadalupe Cebreros, her two sons Louie Aguilar and Miguel Aguilar, sister Lupe Gutierrez and brothers Pedro Rivera, Porfirio Cienfuegos.

Visitation for Josefina will be held at Frye Chapel and Mortuary on Thursday, December 26th from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. and funeral services will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Friday, December 27th at 10 a.m. with burial following at Palo Verde Cemetery.
