Jose H. Chavez passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 86.

Jose was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. When he was 24 he came to Blythe, California and worked in agriculture. He was a part of High and Mighty for more than 40 years. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend.

He leaves behind his wife Margaret B. Chavez; his two daughters Elisa Chavez and Margaret Lucero; his grandchildren, who were like his own, Michaela Guzman, Venessa Avalos, Julissa Guzman and many more grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He will be missed tremendously, and always loved.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at Frye Chapel.
