Hilda was born in Grand Saline, Texas, to Roberto & Juana Quintanilla (Medrano). She was the oldest sister of 4 daughters; Hilda, Esmeralda, Rebeca, and Christina.

Hilda was proceeded in death by her mother, Juana Medrano (2014), and youngest sister, Christina Quintanilla (2016).

Hilda is survived by her father (Roberto Quintanilla), two sisters (Esmeralda Quintanilla, Rebeca Quintanilla Pena & her spouse Paul Pena), niece (Nadia Quintanilla) and two nephews (Jacob Cota and Nickolas Quintanilla). Hilda also left behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and too many friends to mention.

Hilda was a vibrant, happy, and loving person. She was outgoing and never missed out on an opportunity to meet and gain new friends. She was a great big sister, a loving aunt and a devoted daughter.

It gave the family great joy to know she was greeted at the gates of heaven by her mother and youngest sister, where she will be healthy, happy and forever cherished.

Viewing will be held at Frye Chapel on June 17th at 9am, services will begin at 10am and fellowship will conclude at the VFW.
