Glenn William Johnson passed away November 4, 2021 at the age of 67.

Glenn was born and raised in Blythe and graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1972.  He enjoyed playing basketball and swam on the high school swim team.

After graduation, Glenn attended L.A. Trade Tech to learn refrigeration and air condition repair.  Following graduation he went to work in his family's refrigeration business and later started his own "Glenn Johnson Heating and Cooling".

Glenn was a member of the Blythe Volunteer Fire Dept. for 26 years.  He enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing and hanging out with his friends and family.  He was generous to a fault and often offered his help to those in need.

He is survived by his four children, Matt Johnson, Tiffany Schuster, Amanda Johnson and Sean Youso; two granddaughters, Bailey and Mika Schuster and his sister Gale Nelson.

Glenn was preceded in death by his parents Lee and Shannon Johnson and his brother, David Johnson.

Glenn was an honest man, extremely hard working and always liked to have a good time.  He was the prime example of 'work hard and play hard' kind of guy. He will be forever missed by his friends and family.

Memorial services for Glenn will be held on Friday, November 12th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Frye Chapel in Blythe, CA.
