Genevie June Garcia, age 63, was born June 21, 1958 and passed away September 20, 2021 in Colton, CA. She was an active Member of Shiloh Agape Ministries. Genevie's talents were many: she cooked, sang and created beautiful quilts. Her greatest talent of all was the ability to love genuinely. She enjoyed working and serving the community with great customer service. She married the love of her life, Gilbert Garcia, on February 14th. The majority of her life she spent raisin her six children and working hard. Upon her last weeks of life, she continued to work hard, love her children and praise God with all her might.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Pomeroy and Rachal Woitt; her sisters Dawn, Arevella and Pam; her husband Gilbert Garcia; her grandchildren Damion and Jennifer; and her brother George Pomeroy passed away just two weeks after her.

She is survived by her siblings Bobby and Cora; her children Jessie Diaz, Sophia Diaz, Genevie Diaz-Castillo, Misty June Garcia, Deshawn Paul Garcia, and Bradley Eugene Garcia.; her best friends Joyce White and Robert and her many loving grandchildren.

Services for Genevie are going to be Tuesday, November 9th with viewing starting 10:00 a.m. and funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m.  Burial services will follow at Palo Verde Cemetery.
