Fred
Barth
Oct 5, 1958 — Sep 18, 2020
Blythe
On Friday, September 18th 2020, Fred Barth peacefully entered into rest.
Fred was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 5, 1958 to Mark and Carol Barth. After becoming an adult, he came to California and settled in Blythe. Fred spent his life living it to the fullest. Some of his work and fun included fixing CB radios, racing cars, being an EMT, Firefighter, and pilot, farming for some well-known farmers in Blythe, plumbing, delivering propane, working at Chuckawalla and Ironwood Valley State Prisons, painting/construction and so much more. He was a man of many talents and accomplishments. He was a hard worker, dedicated, loyal, trusting, always willing to help no matter the time kind of guy. He was a husband that provided, protected and loved to annoy his bride. He was a dad that shared all of his knowledge with his children and taught them to be good to others. Some of his best moments were making his wife roll her eyes and shake her head, talking with his siblings on the phone, calling his eldest daughter daily, working side by side with his son on any and all things, and helping his youngest daughter plan her wedding. He loved all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren with his whole heart. Each one had their own connection to him and he had a special voice for each of them. His presence will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Fred is survived by his wife of 42 years Mona, sisters: Mary (Tom), Julie (Cliff), brothers: Chris (Patty), Matt (Leanne), Tim (Laurie), daughters: Jessica (Carl), Carol (Michael), his son Mark (Roberta) Grandchildren: Rachel, Rebecca, Hannah (Jessica), Destiny, Damon, John-Mark, Branden, Cameron, Payton, JJ, Evan (Carol), Marky, Juanito, Landen, Jayden & Mia (Mark). Great-Grandchildren: Killian (Destiny) & Brooke (Rachel), along with numerous adopted children, grandchildren, family and wonderful friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents Mark & Carol Barth, brother-in-law Tom Chinn & sister-in-law Patty Barth.
Services will be held at Frye Chapel & Mortuary in Blythe, CA on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 at 10am with his final Harley ride to his resting place.
