Our family is saddened to announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother Frances Henrietta Ramos.

Frances was born June 1, 1941 to Francisco Ramos and Frances B. Soto Barreras in Blythe, CA. She then moved to Tracy, CA to raise her family with Antelmo Martinez (73) of Los Pascuales, Dgo. Mex. Frances was known to her Tracy family and friends as Henry or Henrietta, and Queta to her Blythe family friends. She was always there for everyone, whether it was filling out forms, translating letters, taking people to doctor appointments, driving them to places, or babysitting so many children in Tracy, CA. She left her mark with so many.

On July 19, 2022, she reunited with her mother, father, step father Rudy and baby sister Caroline.

She leaves behind her family she was so proud of, siblings Frank (Sylvia), Benny (Lori), Cindy (Mario), Billy(Angie) and sons, James Anthony (Katrina), Theodore Francisco (Carmen), Antelmo Vicente (Mona) and daughter Adriana Margarita. Grandchildren that she loved dearly, Kai (Megan), Kimi, Nui, Palani, Austin & Chance, Valeria (Mario), DeJesus, Angelica (Selena), Olivia (Martin), Alejandra , Ramiro and Manuel, and great grandmother to Mario, Adrian, Nyla, Hayli & Gabriel. She was also an Aunt to many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Frances enjoyed family and friends and was always content to see any and all who visited. She found much joy in playing loteria with her crew, they could go for hours. They made her days so fun filled and meaningful. Frances loved 4th of July, Mariachis, concerts, music, watching the Dodgers play, going to the casino and watching her novelas, and talking with her cousin Loli and friends. One thing for sure, she was very loved and will never be forgotten.
