Eduardo Antonio Uribe, age 54, passed away tragically and unexpected just three days short of his 55th birthday on Monday August 10th, 2020 in a fatal collision.

'Ed' or 'Rodie', as many called him, was born August 13th, 1965 to Luis and Isabel Uribe in Blythe, CA. He loved this little town. Blythe was home and where he met and married Lisa Uribe in 85' and the following year they started their family together and had four children together here.

Many may have known him from his 20 plus years cooking at our local courtesy coffee shop; he loved to cook and enjoyed making good food for people.

Eduardo is survived by his four children, Eduardo Uribe Jr, Erin Uribe, Monica Uribe(his favorite)lol, Adrienne Uribe, his grandson's Isaiah, Isaak and Julian(his Boys), his father Luis Uribe, two brothers Daniel Rodriguez and Luis Uribe, sister Guadalupe Uribe and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a good man, a great Dad and the BEST grandpa to his boys! If you knew him you know how much his family meant to him. He loved his peoples. He loved to fish, watching his football games (Miami Dolphins forever), and he probably always had a beer in his hand(lol).

One of the greatest gifts he instilled in us was the importance of family and to always be there for each other because at the end of the day we're all we have! He will be missed beyond measure and will never be forgotten by the ones he loved! He would never want any of us to be sad that he's gone and would want us all to just keep going on with our lives knowing that he's good. May you Rest In Peace Dad!
