Debra Ann Payne (Brown) was born on April 24, 1957 to David and Joyce Brown.  Debra passed away suddenly at the young age of 68 on April 26, 2025 at JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio, California.  Debra was preceded in death by her husband Larry Payne Sr. and her brother Carl Brown.

Debra is survived by her sons Brian Brown and James Cockrell Jr. (Stephanie); her grandkids Brian Cockrell, Katie Cockrell and many other grandkids, nieces, nephews and her best friend Doreen; her siblings Terry, Tami and David Crockett Brown.

Debra dedicated 14 years of her life to Sheltering Wigs where she was loved by all her customers and the clients.  This job was her passion.  Debra was the most amazing woman, Mom and Grandma.  Debra would help anyone and always had a gift for everyone.  Her animals were here life.

We will be celebrating her life on Saturday, May 24th, 2025 at the VFW (148 N. 1st St, Blythe) from 5-9:00pm.  Everyone is invited.  Please join us.
