Curtis Dean Baldwin, affectionately known as "Quigley", passed from this life on January 11, 2019 at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California.  He was 61.

He was born and raised in Blythe, California and graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1975.  Curtis remained living and working in Blythe and was retired from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation.

He is survived by his mother Carolyn Brown, his brother and sister-in-law Brian & Frances Baldwin, and numerous cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Bud Baldwin.

A memorial service for Curtis will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Frye Chapel.
