Celia Cota Espinoza was born on October 11, 1937 in El Centro, California.

She passed away August 11, 2021 in Palm Springs, California at Desert Regional Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents Gregorio and Carlota Cota; six siblings, her sister Julia Rodriguez; and five brothers Juan, Frank, Tony, Claudio and Joe Cota.

Celia leaves behind two siblings: Carmen Martinez of Corona, CA and Gregorio Cota Jr. of Blythe, CA; seven children: Patricia Johnson (Paul) of Lacey, WA, Joanne Graham (Robert) of Buckley, MI, and Rosemarie, Manuel, Isabel, Mark and Charlotte Espinoza, all of Blythe, CA.

She also leaves behind 23 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Services will be held at Frye Chapel on Monday, August 30, 2021 with Viewing at 9:00am and services at 10:00am.

Burial will be held after the services at Palo Verde Cemetery.
