Our beloved brother, Carlos Julian Rodriguez, passed away on October 3, 2023 in Houston, Texas.

Carlos was born on December 10, 1967 in Blythe, California to Antonio and Emilda Rodriguez. He was raised in Blythe and lived there until he moved to Houston later in life.

Carlos worked in construction. He was well known for his break dancing and pop-locking moves as well as moon walking. He did great impressions of cartoon characters and was a talented artist. Anyone who knew him, knew he was a comedian. He loved going to the river and swimming in the canals earning him the nickname "Fish". He enjoyed being around family and friends.

He is survived by his father: Tony, brothers: Manuel (Diana), Marcos, Javier (Michelle) and sister Iliana Rodriguez; his son: Everardo Carlos Rodriguez, as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Emilda, brother Fernando and nephew Miguel Jr.

We are deeply saddened over the loss of our brother but know he's in a better place, no longer suffering or in pain. We shall see you soon Fish! Until then you will remain in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Blythe at 10am on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at:
The River of Life Church, 361 N Lovekin Blvd immediately followed by a reception at:
The American Legion, 137 N Ash Ave.
