"Charlie"
On Tuesday, August 03, 2021, Charlie passed in peace at his home in Ripley, CA.
Charlie was a lifelong resident of Ripley. He grew up in this little community with many others that became more than friends, more like family.
As he grew into his teens, his friends called him "Yin Yang", for his uniqueness to the Chinese Symbol and meaning. For him, his Mom, Sons, Sister, Nieces and Nephews, and tightly known Friends were the people he lived for.
He attended our local schools from grade school to high school. There he met his high school sweetheart, Suzie. They were so young, a couple to be remembered forever.
As life continued, Charlie had his first son, Patrik Iniguez.
In 2000 he married what would be his forever love, Mirna. She just took over his heart and soul. Mirna was his forever love, and no one could ever replace her or the love he had for her. They had two sons, Xavier and Vincent Iniguez.
He was very proud of his three sons. He often spoke of them and would express their achievements.
Charlie started working in the fields at a very young age. In his mid-twenties, he changed paths to the Building/ Construction trade. He was well known for pouring concrete slabs.
He recently was the cook for the local restaurant in Ehrenberg, AZ, "The River Run." His specialty was cooking their famous Hot Wings, Pizza, and Burgers overall on the menu.
He would go to the local gyms, as he would say, "I have to stay in shape."
Sundays' he attended service at High Vision.
Charlie spent his last years living in his Barrio, Ripley. He took pride in taking care of his Mother, her "protector". He looked up to his Sister, his "baby sister," as he would say.
It's just like that, if you knew Charlie, you knew Charlie. He left us with so many memories as he was so unique in his own way and one to never be forgotten.
Charlie is survived by his beloved Mother, Alicia I. Roggenstein and Sister, Maribel Roggenstein (Hector). His three Sons', Patrik, Xavier, Vincent Iniguez, and extended family. He will be laid to rest next to his father Eugene "Roggie" Roggenstein.
Services will be held on Wednesday, August 18th at 10:00 a.m. at Frye Chapel. Following the funeral, the procession will go out to Ripley where Charlie's reception will be held. All are welcome.
