Carlos Cardona ("Cucuy"-"Toyoyo") a long-time resident of Blythe, passed away on December 28, 2024 in Riverside, California.

Carlos was born to Anita "Lela" and Carlos Sr. in Claypool, Arizona and moved to the Palo Verde Valley at an early age. He served out country during the Vietnam War.

His hobbies included spending time at the river, baseball, enjoying time with friends, family, and cooking outdoors.

Carlos was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Charlie, and his two sisters, Anita and Dorothy. Carlos is survived by five sisters, Mary Lou, Susie, Rosie, Rachael, and Mickie, one brother, David, and his three children, Tina Carlos, and Mario, seven grandkids, numerous nieces and nephews.

Carlos will be missed and forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held in his honor on January 25, 2025 at 2 p.m. at VFW-Post 2987, 148 N. 1st Street, Blythe, Ca 92225
