Robert (Bob) McCann

Robert James McCann, known by family and friends as Bob, passed away on January 31, 2022 in Blythe at the age of 78.

Bob was born July 23, 1943 in Chicago, IL. He was the beloved son of the late Fred and Mildred McCann; loving brother of Joanne, Mary Kay, Karen (Ross), the late Michael (Mary Ann) and Mildred (Sis) McCann. He was the loving step-father of Connie (Marty) Flood of Beaver, UT, Dwight Waymire of Palm Desert, CA and Violet (Rob) Stewart of Ehrenberg, AZ.

Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife Pat McCann, his cherished and longtime friend and companion Lois Waymire, his stepchildren Brenda Garrett, Sonia Garrett, Eddie Waymire, Jimmy Waymire and Ronnie Ray Waymire.

He was also a cherished uncle to numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and grandchildren.

Bob was a lifelong Chicago White Sox fan. He loved watching football, especially Notre Dame and the Chicago Bears. Bob was known and loved by everyone.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 16th from 5-8:00 p.m., with Rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Frye Chapel. Mass will be on Thursday, February 17th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with burial services following immediately at Palo Verde Cemetery.
