Benjamin William Morrison passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 91. Ben was born on June 18, 1931 in Perkins County, Nebraska. He graduated high school in Inglewood, CA in 1950.

He joined the Air Force shortly after and served during the Korean War.

He met the love of his life, Valerie Morrison, on a blind date. They were happily married for 53 years until Valerie preceded him in death in 2017.

For much of his life, he lived in Blythe and was 'The Culligan Man'. He loved playing golf with his friends, fishing, going to Laughlin, and spending time with his family. He loved telling jokes, made friends everywhere he went and was a great storyteller.

Ben loved his family deeply. He was a father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Ben is survived by his children, Donna (Gene) DeShazo, Linda (Lonnie) Guthrie, and Debra (Ron) Longazo; his grandchildren, Jessica DeShazo, Vincent (Ivette) DeShazo, Tawni (Michael) Heflin, Dillon Guthrie, Lana (Max) Borboa, Gia Guthrie, Jacob (Alyssa) Longazo and Alexander (Celina) Longazo; and his great grandchildren, Malia Heflin, Ella Heflin, Aubrey Heflin, Ivan DeShazo, Eli DeShazo, Elaina DeShazo, Maddox Borboa, and two more great-grandsons on the way.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 9:00 am.
