Barbara Anne Lopez

Barbara Lopez gained her wings January 13, 2025, at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California.  Her loved ones gathered around her bedside and saw her off at 11:15pm.

Barb is survived by her children: Jesus Tizoc Figueroa, Alfredo Ralphel Lopez and Cristine Yetnaletzi Figueroa; grandchildren: Barbara "Barbie" Figueroa, Eli Leos Lopez, David Leos Lopez, Jesus Lopez and Alfredo Jr Lopez; and children's father: Jesse Figueroa.

Miss Barbara was preceded in death by her father Ralph Lopez and mother Anne Little Lopez; brother Eddie Little Lopez; uncles Fred Lopez and Arturo Lopez, grandmother Catalina Canas and son's father Ruben Galvan.

Born in San Bernardino, CA, Barbara and her brother Eddie moved to Blythe, CA with family when she was just a toddler where she grew to be a well-loved and well-known resident of Blythe.  She made many friends in this town and always believed in treating others with kindness.

Fishing, slot machines, casinos, outdoor activities and trips to Parker, Arizona were some of her biggest passions.

Friends and family are invited to share some kind words and memories at her hours of visitation at Frye Chapel & Mortuary in Blythe, CA on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 5pm-8pm.  A Memorial Mass will follow on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
