Obituary

Aulora Madisson Galendez, 13, was called to heaven's eternal rest to live a new life in heaven as an angel on Monday, November 12, 2018.  She passed away tragically after being involved in an ATV accident.

Aulora was born in Rapid City, South Dakota on June 10, 2005 to Kristee Carter and AJ Galendez.  From a young age, Aulora displayed her natural talents and beautiful personality.  She was a bright, witty, and intelligent child who loved to sing and dance from the moment she began to talk and walk.

Aulora loved science; could be nerdy in her own loving way, and was always nurturing those around her - but made it known to everyone that she did not like changing diapers.  She was passionate about most everything she did and always put her mind to anything she wanted to do.  She was always so confident and sure she was right all the time.  She enjoyed doing silly things when you weren't expecting it and was so special to so many.   Aulora seemed to always be working on something or doing something for fun or with her friends.

She touched the lives of everyone who got to know her.  She loved her family and friends and left an impression of definitely being a unique, one of a kind soul from the moment people met her.  She was a brave young woman, standing up for family and friends.  She was an amazing sister.  Aulora had a bright future ahead of her, some would say she had the whole world in her hands.

She was currently attending her 8th grade year at Ehrenberg Elementary School.

Aulora is survived by her parents; siblings Kariz, Arylla, Abrylle and Liam; stepdad Mario Romero Jr.; stepmom Megan Baker; grandparents Kim and Danny Carter and Aurelia Galendez; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15th from 6-8:00 p.m. at Frye Chapel.

Funeral service will be on Friday, Nov. 16th at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 700 N. Broadway, Blythe, California.
