Antero Miranda Medrano Jr., 47, known to everyone as Terito or Tero, passed away unexpectedly on August 31, 2023. Antero was born in Blythe, CA and has resided in Northridge, CA, Madison, WI, and ended up in Las Vegas, NV where he found his calling as a bar manager at The House of Blues and met the love of his life, Sarah.

Antero is survived by his fiancé Sarah Small, parents Antero Medrano Sr (Vivian) and Lupe Sapp (Steven), his brother Abraham Medrano (Brandi), sister Brenda Medrano, bonus brothers Chris Sapp (Jennifer), Butch Carrillo, Chris Carrillo (Candace), bonus sisters Kimberly Olivarez (Matt), Vero (Ramon), nieces Cyana, Cali and nephew Nacho and various aunts, uncles, and 34 beloved first cousins.

Whether Antero was playing video games, hanging out with friends, or singing karaoke, he was having fun and making those around him laugh. With a big heart and captivating smile, Antero welcomed everyone into his circle of love. He was a self-proclaimed expert in movies, music, and general trivia, a counselor, shoulder to cry on, and made the best Pirates Blood. He lived life on his terms.

Funeral services will be held at Frye Chapel Mortuary on September 12, 2023 from 11-1pm and will be proceeded by a celebration of life at the VFW on First St.
