May 14, 1979 - December 22, 2024
Andres Elias Rincon, affectionately known as "Andy", ascended into peaceful rest, on December 22, 2024 in Palm Springs, California at the remarkable age of 45. Andres was born on May 14, 1979 in Blythe, California, the son of Antonio (Tony) Nunez Sr. and Edwina Nunez, and preceded in death by his father Manuel M. Rincon, grandfathers Raymond Elias and Juan Rincon, grandmother Eva Elias, uncles Joey and Marvin Elias, brother Antonio Nunez Jr. "Pote" and several cousins.
He is survived by his beautiful wife Jaime Nicole, his three children Kathleen, Kevin Jr. and Eunis Jake Toledo. Andres is also survived by his grandparents Frances Rincon, Tony and Alice Ramirez; siblings Manuel, Johnny, Jesse, Stephanie, Viannay, Ana and Angelo.
Andres spent his early years growing up in Blythe, California and the Coachella Valley. In 2003, Andres was introduced to his best friend Jaime Nicole Deere and in 2009 she became his wife for the last 15 years. Later that year, he and his new family decided to move to Las Vegas, where Andres discovered his passion for the art of culinary at a venue called PBR on the Las Vegas strip.
Andres was a compassionate man, with a generous heart. A man with a smile larger than life, who never judged, and was the rock for his family. He was a family man who loved his family unconditionally. He put aside his feelings for others. He had love for his sports and the Dallas Cowboys was his team.
He left behind two additional members of the family - dog son Shadow Rincon and grand dog Diamond Rincon.
May his legacy continue to inspire us.
"Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.'"
-John 11:25-26
