Andres Alec Reyes, age 24, unexpectedly passed away in Blythe, California on October 15, 2024.

He was born on June 13, 2000 in Blythe, California to Crystal Reyes.

Andres was a hardworking man, he started working at the age of 16 at McDonalds in Quartzsite, Arizona.

Once he turned 18 years old he moved to the city of Mesa, AZ and started working for the "IOI" company traveling to different cities in Arizona for two years.

He absolutely loved his jobs in Arizona but eventually found his way back to Blythe, CA then started working at XPO.

Andres loved his family. His family was always his number one priority and he loved to hang out with his cousins Cisco, Adrian, Abry. They were all four inseparable and loved to bring up old memories about being little and all the good times and family gatherings at Nana's.

Andres had a passionate love for sports. He absolutely loved football and baseball. His favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys and his favorite baseball team was the New York Yankees. Andres started playing baseball at a very young age. He played all the way to the Senior League. He was a great pitcher/catcher and player overall and was always very proud of every game he played.

Andres was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Jose Diaz.

Andres is survived by his mother Crystal Reyes, brothers Anjelo Reyes and Arik Reyes, daughters Alani Reyes, Adaylena Reyes, his life partner Alicia Solorio, grandmother Irma D. Reyes, grandfather Roberto G. Reyes, aunt April Reyes, uncle JR Reyes, cousins Francisco Bejarano, Abryana Bejarano, Adrian Bejarano, Marcus Delgadillo, as well as multiple nieces and one nephew, family, friends - notably Gloria and Pancho Medrano.

Andres will truly be missed by all family and those who knew him.

Visitation for Andres will be held at Frye Chapel and Mortuary, Tuesday, October 29th 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., with Rosary beginning at 7 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 30th at 10 a.m. with burial following at Palo Verde Cemetery.
