Alice Rodriguez passed away at the age of 82 on November 9, 2021, surrounded by family.

Alice was born in Morenci, Arizona to Manuel and Guadalupe Gomez. She attended school in Morenci and that is where she met her future husband, Carlos Rodriguez. After graduation the two were married. They then moved to Blythe, California making it their home for 63 years. Together they raised eight children.

Alice was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She taught her family how to be rich with love and support for each other.

Alice is survived by her children: Carlos (Rita) Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, Gloria (Rudy) Delgado, Alice (Robert) Guilin, Francis, Chris, and Lupe Rodriguez; her grandchildren: Abriana, Lyndsey, Elise, Alexandria, Michael, David, Nicholas, Noah, Zachary, Lacey, Cassidy, Jordan, Mark, Austin, Coty, and Alyssa; 12 great grandchildren; and her siblings: Manuel Gomez, Gloria Grijalva, Millie Torres, Jessie Urquidi, and Esther Collins.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Joann and son Mark; two brothers Chiao and Tony Lizzaraga; her sister Mary Lujan; her daughter-in-law Rosa Rodriguez, and granddaughter Mackenzie Rodriguez.

Funeral Services for Alice will be held Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, at Frye Chapel with viewing from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Rosary beginning at 7:00 PM. Mass will be Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Burial Services will follow at Palo Verde Cemetery.
