Alexis Isela Hernandez was born on September 20th, 2007 at Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Brawley, California. She was the daughter of Roberto Hernandez and Norma Perez. Alexis was the oldest of two siblings that she loved dearly, Jazmyn and Roberto Hernandez.

Alexis was a very smart and intelligent young lady. Something Alexis loved and enjoyed to do was reading. Alexis would always read books with her grandma early in the mornings. Alexis was a passionate drawer; she would draw almost everything with her cousins and siblings. Alexis also loved building things whether it was clubhouses, Lego sets or blanket forts with her cousins and siblings. Alexis would love to play outside all the time she would always be riding her bike, jumping on the trampoline while listening to music or her cousins and her would wait by the mailbox for her grandpa or Tio to get off work and ride in the back of their trucks.

Alexis also loved the fairgrounds; she would always have her family stay late due to her not wanting to get off the rides or stop playing the games. Alexis loved to play video games at a young age she would always fight with her sister for the remote when it was her turn to give up the remote. Alexis likes a lot of foods but her favorites were enchiladas or shrimp cocktail. Alexis loved the holidays but her favorite was Halloween. You would always catch Alexis watching scary movies, dressing up as a clown and scaring her little sister who was scared of clowns. As Alexis got older she would pick up new hobbies such as watching anime or playing Roblox and GTA with her younger brother all night.

Though Alexis passed away at an early age, she was loved and will be dearly missed by friends and family. Alexis we ask you to give grandpa a big hug and continue to watch over us. Love, Mom and Family

Visitation for Alexis will be held on Friday, August 23rd, 2024 from 5-8:00 p.m. with Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Frye Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at St. Joan of Arc Church.
