Alec was born in Rancho Mirage on June 24, 1999 on a beautiful sunny day to Michael and Rachel Chavez. On May 1, 2018 Alec was taken from us.

Alec was raised in Blythe and graduated from Palo Verde High school in June, 2017.

Alec is survived by his parents Michael & Rachel Chavez, Siblings Angie Elizalde (Carlos Marquez) New York, NY, Alyssa Chavez & Victor Casarez, Blythe CA, Niece Syrah Roz, Santa Monica, CA, Grandparents William & Trina Acker Murrita, CA, Aunts Marie Steele (Bruce) Canyon Lake, CA, Valerie Gomez Ontario, CA. Uncle Elias Casarez (Yasika) Blythe, Ca & numerous cousins.

Alec was preceded in death by his Nana Emma Casarez.

Alec loved baseball and was a fan of the LA Dodgers. His dream was to become a computer engineer and was in his first year of college. He loved his baby girl Mia, the pug that brought joy to his life until the day he left us. Alec will be missed by all who loved him. God has taken an amazing young man but he will always be remembered and forever in our hearts. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

Alec's services will be May 8, 2018 at 9:00am (viewing) 10:00am (services) with graveside services following at Palo Verde Cemetery.
