Adolfo Araujo was born in Calexico, California on March 1, 1945 to Genoveva Méndez and Ismael Araujo.

He passed on May 26th, 2018 and went to be with his Lord.

He is survived by his wife Helen Ayala Araujo, daughter Margarita Araujo, son Michael Araujo and granddaughter Kayli Garcia, brothers Emilio Armenta, Ernest Armenta and Ray Armenta.

He will be missed by many family, friends and his fellow church members. He holds a special place in our hearts, he was such a kind man. He enjoyed spending time with his family and beloved cat.  He took pride serving in the Army and in his life work of working on cars, maintenance work and carpentry.

Services will be held on Friday, June 8th at 9:00 am for family, with funeral beginning at 10:00 am at the Blythe Seventh-Day Adventist Church located at 415 E. Barnard St., Blythe, California 92225.  Burial services will follow at Palo Verde Cemetery.

Your presence will be missed but you will live on forever in our hearts and forever in our memories.  Until we meet again, we love you Adolfo Araujo.
